Berry-licious Smoothie

Prep time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 c kale

  • 1/2 c each raspberries & blueberries

  • 1 TBSP ground flaxseeds

  • 1 TBSP hemp seeds

  • 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk

Method

  1. Blend in high powered bender until smooth and consume immediately
