This is a great meat sauce for gluten-free pastas or on top of roasted spaghetti squash!

Cook time 30 minutes
1 TBSP coconut oil
1 lb pasture raised ground pork
2 cloves finely grated garlic
1 small sweet onion
10 sliced button mushrooms
1/2 diced green pepper
1 glass bottle of plain tomato sauce
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
Over medium heat, melt coconut oil in a large sauté pan.
When pan is heated, cook ground pork until evenly browed, stirring frequently.
While meat is browning, chop vegetables into even pieces and set aside.
When meat is thoroughly cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
Add garlic and onion to hot oil left in pan and sauté until onions are translucent.
Add chopped mushrooms and green peppers and cook for 3 minutes.
Pour in tomato sauce slowly to the cooked vegetables as well as spices and simmer on medium low for 5 minutes.
Add meat and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve over roasted spaghetti squash
